Every ring, pendant and bracelet is hand-finished in our Sydney workshop by master jewellers with decades at the bench. Their precision, skill and judgement are built into every setting, every prong, every polish — so that what you receive is structurally sound and flawlessly finished.
Premium, ethically sourced metals and stones only. Our commitment to The Monroe Yorke Signature Diamond means every centre stone is hand-selected with an 'Excellent' (GIA) or 'Ideal' (IGI) cut grade — for brilliance, fire and scintillation that endures.
Before any piece leaves our hands, it passes a two-stage inspection — first by our atelier team, then by our Quality Control Specialist. Only pieces that meet our exacting standards are released. If it isn't worthy of becoming an heirloom, it doesn't ship.

Our master jewellers will inspect any piece you send in, and will repair manufacturing-related issues at no charge — for the lifetime of the piece.
Most of these are inexpensive to correct. Keep your piece in top condition by cleaning it weekly at home (see below) and bringing it in for a complimentary inspection once a year.
A lifetime warranty is a partnership. We build your piece to last — and you help keep it brilliant with simple, regular care at home. Fine jewellery needs gentle attention; a little every week is all it takes to keep your diamonds bright, your metal lustrous, and your settings secure.
We recommend cleaning your jewellery once a week in an ultrasonic cleaner designed for jewellery. These machines are inexpensive, easy to use, and remove the oils, lotions and everyday residue that dull a diamond's light. Regular cleaning is the single most important thing you can do to keep your piece looking the way it did the day you received it.
Jewellery that is neglected — never cleaned, never inspected — will dull and wear prematurely. That kind of damage is not covered by our warranty, so a few minutes each week protects both the beauty of your piece and your warranty cover.
If you suspect a manufacturing defect, we want to hear about it right away. The process is short, simple, and handled by the same jewellers who made your piece.

We'll arrange secure, insured return of your piece to our Sydney workshop. Our master jewellers inspect it and identify whether the issue is covered under the Lifetime Warranty.
If it's a manufacturing fault, we repair it at no charge to you. If it falls outside the warranty, we'll quote any work transparently before proceeding. Your piece is then returned, insured.
Our team is available Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm AEST. All warranty enquiries are handled personally — no forms, no queues.
