At checkout we collect both your billing and shipping information. For your own protection, we recommend credit-card orders be shipped to a valid address on file with your card issuer — but alternate addresses are absolutely acceptable.

If you’re travelling overseas, you may be able to claim back the GST on your jewellery or diamonds through the Tourist Refund Scheme — an Australian Border Force programme for travellers departing Australia.
How it works, briefly.
The TRS lets you claim a GST refund, subject to conditions, on goods purchased from us before you travel abroad. Duty on jewellery and diamonds has been replaced by GST — and under the scheme, you can recover that 10% when you depart Australia with your new piece.
Present your tax invoice and your jewellery at the TRS counter at the airport or seaport as you leave, and Border Force will process your claim.
